Deck and Porch Staining
This wooded cabin deck and wraparound porch had heavy moss and algae growth from sitting under the trees. We washed everything down to clean, bare wood, then stained the railings, the deck surface, and the exposed siding under the roof to bring it all back to a warm, protected finish.
Termite-Damaged Deck Repairs
Customer called us in to replace the decking boards. Once we pulled them up, we discovered the frame underneath was infested with termites and required a full rebuild. We tore out the damaged framing, treated the area, and rebuilt it back solid before installing the new decking.
Lattice Installed
We had installed lattice on the side of the deck a few weeks earlier. The homeowner liked it so much she had us come back to do the front as well.
New Oven Trim
Customer had us in doing some insulation and door adjustments. While there, she asked if we could do anything about the install the local appliance shop did. We made new trim and stained it to match the existing cabinetry.
New Entryway Door
Customer needed to have the old wooden entry door replaced. We installed a nice steel entry door with blinds built into the glass.
Spring Deck Repairs
Customer had a rotted deck board we had to shore out and replace. Two pool gates on the deck needed replacement — we built them heavier so they won't warp as easily and recessed the spindles. Customer will stain to match in better weather.
Garage Doors and Exterior Upgrades
Installed a new screen door and man door on the garage, switched out the motion light on the front of the garage, installed an additional light on the side, made and mounted a custom address plaque, and added insulation strips to the garage doors.
Drywall Installation
Hung drywall sheets to cover exposed electrical wiring, providing a safe finished surface for a family with young children.
Wind Damage Lattice Repair
Removed all 4 wind-damaged lattice panels, added cross braces for reinforcement, and installed new lattice.
